The 2 paintings of Francoise Gasc
"In December 2012, a new discovery was reported by Françoise Gasc, great great grand daughter of Henri Gasc. Henri Gasc was at one time the resident priest and guardian of Notre Dame de Marceille and mentor of the enigmatic Henri Boudet. Mrs. Gasc reported she had in her possession two paintings that had belonged to Henri Gasc that had been in her family for a long time....
Source: Rennes-le-Chateau Research and Resource". Mrs. Gasc compares the hidden parchments found by Sauniere at Rennes-le-Chateau which were written by Henri Boudet to the symbols in her two paintings. She thinks that these masterpieces may have been part of the collection of Nicolas Fouquet who fell out of favor with the King Louis XIV and was imprisoned by him.

The post from Francoise Gasc: "Two unknown Poussin's paintings discovered: the Key of Poussin's secret and Rennes le Chateau Mystery. How two family paintings have given me the key of this mystery. All is explained on Le secret de Poussin.com it has been six years, the two paintings were given to me at my mother's death which was the beginning of my discoverings. Two coded paintings - we discovered Poussin's paintings, which came from my priest ancestor, the priest was from near the Rennes- le- Chateau area." Limoux is near to Rennes-le-Chateau. Some researchers say that the description of RLC (Rennes-le-Chateau) called also "Rhedae" actually fits Limoux. This blog presents the style of the painter Poussin as well as painters of seascapes.
Nicolas Poussin Paintings and Seal
"The Holy Family on the Steps" by Nicolas Poussin - Poussin was not a painter of seascapes.
"The Shepherds of Arcadia II" by Nicolas Poussin.
"The château of Nicolas Fouquet, Superintendent of Finances to King Louis XIV, was lavish, refined, and dazzling to behold, but these characteristics proved tragic for its owner: the king had Fouquet arrested shortly after a famous fête that took place on 17 August 1661 where Molière's play 'Les Fâcheux' debuted."
"Coincidentally, in 1665, the same year in which Nicolas Fouquet was imprisoned, Nicolas Poussin died. For the next twenty years, King Louis jockeyed for possession of what he regarded as Poussin’s most important work: The Shepherds of Arcadia. When he finally got a hold of it, he did not put it on public display, but hid it away in his private quarters, and let no one view it without his expressed permission."
The window in the church at Mt. Bugarach, the symbol of the ship and the helm as the Wheel of Fortune.
A sample of the analysis by Francoise Gasc of the Jonah painting which she links to Jason and the Argonauts: "Jason, in this image, having been swallowed by the snake-Dragon, is recraché by him, like Jonas recraché by the great fish on the shores of Nineveh, or sainte Marguerite from the Dragon and St. Ursula of the bear: symbolically the hero, the Prophet, the saint or Holy having mastered the telluric energies is transformed, living 2nd birth - the result of Initiation, by the grace of the celestial energies, Athena for Jason who is the hero of the adventure. ATHENA is linked to the seal of POUSSIN which I referred to in my site... (below, last photo.)"
"The Golden Calf" by Nicolas Poussin.
"The Inspiration of the Poet" by Nicholas Poussin (circa 1630.)
The seal of Nicolas Poussin - a galleon ship. The Priory of Sion also uses nautical symbolism, their leader is called "Le Nautonnier". Francoise Gasc compares the ship on this seal to the ships in her paintings.

"Jonah and the Whale" by Gaspard Dughet
Jonas sortant de la Baleine - Esquisse de paysage Dughet Gaspard.
Gaspard Dughet was the brother-in-law of Nicolas Poussin. This painting is in the collection of Queen Elizabeth II of England.
"Gaspard Dughet (15 June 1615 – 27 May 1675), also known as Gaspard Poussin, was a French painter born in Rome.
A pupil of Nicolas Poussin, Gaspard Dughet was the brother of Poussin's wife. He devoted himself to landscape painting and rendered admirably the severer beauties of the Roman Campagna." The two paintings of Francoise Gasc could possibly be by this "Poussin".
